HealthClubJournal.com is an independent consumer publication covering nutrition, healthy aging, everyday wellness and pet health for readers in the United States.

We started from a simple observation: most people researching a health question are not looking for a journal abstract or a sales page. They want a straight answer, written so it can be understood on the first read. That is what we try to publish, whether the subject is what a common food actually does, which words on a label are doing the heavy lifting, or what a veterinarian would look at first in an older dog.
